mounted in the form of a flower head, centred by a round old European cut diamond surrounded by ten step cut diamond petals, the hexagonal gallery of the ring further set with step cuts.
Signed ‘Cartier, Paris’
The central diamond is certified to weigh 3.70 carats, be J colour and have SI1 clarity.
