centred by a cushion cut aquamarine, flanked either side by truncated rectangular motifs with foliate sprays set with diamonds, suspending three pear shaped aquamarine drops with foliate garlands mounted with rosecut diamonds.

Presented in its original holly wood fitted case, the lid satin stamped in Cyrillic ‘FABERGE, ST PETERSBURG, MOSCOW, LONDON’ beneath the Imperial eagle.
