in the form of an ancient Roman oil lamp centred with the Chi-Rho monogram, decorated with intricate gold filigree, a glazed compartment to the reverse.

Signed conjoined Cs to the reverse.

An identical example can be found in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York (No.: 2015.407).
