An antique jewelled and gold vine brooch by Fonsèque et Olive

the naturalistically chased yellow gold stem mounted with a rose diamond set vine leaf and four green glass grapes.

Georges Fonsèque and Emile Olive made a specialty of these brooches in the form of grapes. They were originally supplied in miniature wooden wine cases.
