An antique enamelled gold and diamond set pendant
English, circa 1860
of circular form, decorated with rows of crosses enamelled royal blue over an engraved ground, alternated with Old Mine cut diamonds, the spaces remaining set with rose cut diamonds, all mounted in yellow gold, the loop comprising of a single diamond flanked by two enamel squares, the reverse revealing a glazed compartment within a domed, polished gold border.
