each arm comprising of an elongated fancy cut topaz of golden colour, centred with a square cut, all surrounded by a single row of old European cut diamonds with millegrain setting edges, terminating with square cuts flanked by foliate scrolls, with single diamond punctuations running the length of each arm and four diamond set fleur de lys at the intersections, suspended from a diamond set loop, all mounted in yellow gold and silver.
