in the form of a heart, decorated with a guillochage of alternating bands of dappled and linear engraving beneath a soft pink enamel, the oval aperture surrounded with a border of rose cut diamonds, topped with a bow from which hang two garlands of vari-coloured gold flowers suspended between two seed pearls, the outer rim decorated with a reeded gold surround, the reverse finished with a mother-of-pearl back plate with a scrolling silver strut.
