A collection of antique miniature seals

mounted onto a chatelaine, comprising of thirteen miniature gold seal pendants suspended on a ring, each mounted with a different gemstone including an emerald, sapphire, pink topaz, peridot, garnet, beryl, chalcedonies, and turquoise. Each stone engraved with motifs with an amorous symbolism or serving as a memento mori, including a caduceus, cornucopia, an owl, a wheel, an anchor, a lion, an ouroboros, a pelican in her piety, a bow and arrow, a laurel wreath, Pegasus, an anchor and an hourglass.
