An antique gold and agate bracelet
English, circa 1875
comprising of seven large circular cabochons of carefully matched banded agates, exhibiting beautiful striations of chestnut brown, white and black, each mounted within yellow gold borders decorated with beading and twisted wirework, the hinges between each stone ingeniously disguised with strips of beading, six of the stones revealing glazed compartments to the reverse.
