A gold mounted jewelled seal by Carl Fabergé,fashioned from an aquamarine crystal, aquamarines belong to the hexagonal crystal system and Fabergé has employed the stone’s natural form to model the seal, it is entwined by a gold snake handle with a cabochon ruby sunk into its head.
