the domed body of the bellpush enamelled translucent pink over a concentrically engraved ground, mounted with chased silver gilt festoons creating a flower motif centring on the push-piece which is enamelled opalescent oyster over a swirled ground, stood on three gadrooned bun feet.

in St Petersburg on 11th February 1904 for 80 roubles, the bell-push
is described in the original invoice as,

‘Electrical, rose and opal enamel’
